Presentation Tools: PowerPoint 2000/XP
To save the PowerPoint presentation as a Web presentation select Save as Web Page option from the File menu.
Click the Publish button in Save as Web Page window
Choose the All browsers listed above (creates larger files) option in the Publish as Web Page dialog box
Click Web Option button.
Check the Add slide navigation controls check box on the General tab. To scale the slides to fit the browser window click on the General tab and check the "Resize graphics to fit browser window" check box.
To check the Screen Size setting click on the Pictures tab.
Check the title of yor presentation and the file name. The page title can be changed by clicking on the Change button.The file name and its location can be changed by clicking on teh Browse button. Click OK and Publish
