Downloading Content from Macromedia Breeze

1. Sign into your Breeze Account
2. Click on the Content tab.
3. Browse to the item you want to download and click on it to reveal the information page for the content as seen below.
   
   
• Click on the Download Content Link (Highlighted in figure above)
• The Download Content page shown below opens

4. You can now choose to download the following
• The original Powerpoint file used to produce the presentation (w/o audio)
• The audio/timing file for the narration
• The Flash presentation created by Breeze during the publication process as a zipped file.
• Or you can download all 3 if you wish.
• If you download the Powerpoint file and the audio file, you can then republish the Breeze presentation as long as they are kept in the same directory.
• If you download the Flash presentation, you can simply upload it back into the content folder for Breeze.
5. Click on the link for the file you wish to download. A dialog box opens asking if you want to open the file or save it. Click on the Save button.
6. The Save File dialog box then opens allowing you to choose where to save the file(s).
7. The downloaded flash file can now be unzipped and place on a CD or DVD for distribution if desired. The power point files can also be distributed as needed.
